As your wedding day nears, it’s easy to find tiny details like table assignments and ceremony music all encompassing. One detail not to overlook is a little something romantic, sweet, and unique to surprise your groom with. Gifting your groom an unexpected present on the day of your wedding is a great way to show him how much you appreciate him, love the life you have started together, and look forward to the journey ahead. Your groom’s gift doesn’t have to break the bank, as thoughtful and appropriate gifts come at any price point and are as diverse as your man’s many hobbies.

For the traditional groom, you can’t go wrong with a quality timepiece. Pay attention to where the parts originate (Switzerland is the gold standard) and what, if any, the warranty will be. Available at Shearer the Jeweler

For the connoisseur of quality liquor, a flask is always a safe place to start. Does he enjoy making his own beverage from scratch? A sloe gin kit or brewers kit will certainly let him know you look forward to your future days kicking back and relaxing as husband and wife. For the backyard entertainer, set him up with a grill master’s kit or new tools for his next crab feast. If you want to buy him a new grill as a wedding gift, use a basket of grilling tools and spices as a way to clue him into it on your big day and leave the grill to be found with a giant bow on top of it back at home.
