Cooking for Couples (Adult Class) Guest Chef: David Ludwig Friday January 26th, 6:30PM-8:30PM Chef David Ludwig began his career making pizza on the Jersey Shore while still in high school. After attending the Academy of Culinary Arts, he spent four years apprenticing at La Patisserie, a French bakery in Cape May. He spent the next five years in various baking positions, including pastry cook at the Trellis Restaurant in Williamsburg, VA, and as the executive pastry chef for the College of William and Mary’s catering department. Chef Ludwig then accepted a position at the prestigious Jefferson Hotel in Richmond, VA where he honed his pastry skills for many years. Currently, he is a full time instructor at Anne Arundel Community College, where he teaches pastry arts, food science and a variety of continuing education courses. Chef Ludwig is a Certified Executive Pastry Chef, a Certified Hospitality Educator and a member of and Approved Certification Evaluator for the American Culinary Federation. Date-night is always fun, but having fun cooking your meal with your partner can bring that fun night to a whole new level. Join Chef David and his favorite cooking partner (and wife) Chandra as they teach and offer to taste a spectacular meal you can make at home. This pre-Valentine's menu includes: Oysters (both Rockefeller and raw), French Onion Soup, Spanish Paella and Mocha Crème Brulee with Chocolate Dipped Strawberries. Cost: $90. Per Couple.
