Alba is a cooking instructor and personal chef specializing in southern Italian and Mediterranean cuisine in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Her recipes are rustic, simple and vibrant in taste.

Our cooking camp is a fun way for teens to spend time working in peer groups. Chef Alba teaches teens valuable skills that they can carry with them through life. Teens will learn essential advanced cooking skills like chopping, sautéing, and baking. We work with your teen to teach them skills that will stay with them for years. Classes cover organizational skills, learning to work as a team, and cooking techniques as well has making delicious recipes. We eat what we cook. Register online. (registration fees may apply)
(Prerequisite: must already have experience with knife skills and some cooking knowledge, or have attended a class/camp with Chef Alba).
Note: Students are required to wear long pants and closed-toe shoes. Long hair must be pulled back.
The Annapolis Culinary Center offers a variety of classes with various dietary needs. However, many of our classes have pre-fix menus and are unable to accommodate substitutions. We are not a gluten free kitchen. Despite taking every precaution, we cannot guarantee that our items are free from trace amounts of peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, milk, eggs, soy, fish, shellfish or other allergens.
REFUND POLICY: A full refund can be issued if requested AT LEAST 1 week prior to class. Under no circumstances will a transfer of funds or refund be issued without 1 week notice; no exceptions. However, we will accept a name transfer if you would like to fill your slot for the class with a friend, family member or colleague.
