Learn basic tai chi movements and learn about the health benefits of tai chi in this early-morning class. It is taught by experienced instructor, Shifu Billy Greer, owner of Jing Ying Institute. Tai chi improves: immune system function, blood pressure, mood, arthritis pain, balance, bone density, focus & more. New session begins Jan 25. For all levels of fitness.
