Chef Zachary Pope brings years of training and experience in Classical Cuisine to Whole Foods Market in Annapolis. His food philosophy is simple: the best ingredients and attention to detail create the perfect dining experience. His effervescent personality, passion for food and his ability to entice all the senses makes each bite truly memorable.
Chef Pope’s unique style of teaching and involving students of all skill levels is truly contagious. Exciting and engaging, it is easy to understand why he has been awarded numerous Best Chef Awards and Recognitions including 2013 Business of the Year for his Roundz Gourmet Market & Catering in Crofton. A thorough understanding of special ingredients, complimentary flavor pairings and textural interaction is a signature of Chef Pope’s cooking style.
Zach has grown up in the Annapolis area and now enjoys living in Eastport with his two boys Patrick (15) and Cameron (12).

Chef Zach will be demonstrating and serving a three course vegetarian dinner that would turn the heads of the biggest carnivores. Chef Zach will teach you how to break down and cook the artichokes, a spin on classic risotto and how to create an elegant dessert using your everyday glassware.

• Poached Artichoke Hearts with Mint and Feta Cheese on a Cucumber Frisse Salad
• Roasted Eggplant and Tomato Cous Cous 'Risotto' with Friend in Cheese Tart and Spicy Tomato Jelly
• Guilt Free Chocolate Mousse Trifle
