Chef Frances is the founder of the Whole Foods Market Annapolis Culinary Center. Her enthusiasm for food and life helped us become a destination spot. While fate has taken her to pursue her own business in the Philadelphia area we are excited to have her back for this fun and delicious evening!
"If you know the movie, “My Big Fat Greek Wedding!” well…. I live it! My cooking is based on the living tradition of Greek cuisine, with a collection of family and original recipes. Dishes are inspired from my father’s Macedonian heritage and by mother’s treasured recipes from the Island of Mykonos!" (Chef Frances).

On the menu:
• Mezze Platter - an array of appetizers to include Kefthedes - Greek Meatballs - Tzatziki - Greek yoghurt mixed with garlic, dill and shredded cucumber, Horiatki Salata - red tomatoes, crisp cucumbers, red onion tossed in Greek Olive oil and sprinkled with authentic Greek Oregano!
• Souvlaki - as assortment of grilled chicken or grilled vegetables kebobs.
• Pita bread and Kourambethes - White Powdered Butter Cookie for Dessert!
