Mindfulness and Meditation Classes
Weekly mindfulness classes include guided meditation with Heather following 10 minutes of Mindfulness Introductory teaching. Topics will include foundational practices of breath and body, working with emotions, working with thoughts, and cultivating loving kindness. Benefits of Mindfulness include improved mental function, physical health, mood and resilience to stress. All levels. Weekly guided meditationr to refresh and restore during the lunch break. Return to work with enhanced focus and creativity for optimal performance.
