Earth Day by the Bay
A family friendly event at the Back Creek Nature Park featuring live music by Guava Jelly.
On Saturday, April 28, from 3-5 p.m., the Annapolis Maritime Museum & Park is hosting Earth Day by the Bay, an event celebrating the Earth Day mission to diversify, educate and activate the environmental movement worldwide. Explore our cove in a kayak, catch and investigate Bay critters, and create art out of recycled materials at the eco-craft station. There will be fun treats including snow cones and “dirt” (crushed cookies with pudding and gummy worms) and a live band, Guava Jelly, performing the sounds of the islands for audiences of all ages.
Earth Day by the Bay will be held at the Museum’s exciting new Park campus located at 7300 Edgewood Road (Ellen O Moyer Nature Park). Tickets for this event are free. Please pre-register via whatsuptix.com. Learn more at amaritime.org.
